Life provides a combination of a
15-station
30-Minute Circuit
fitness circuit,
classroom and group learning. Program
education includes fitness and nutrition, fitness

After
joining a center, members can attend any scheduled
circuits and classes without sign-up. Centers
offer members large-screen TV-type training with
20-minute videos, some of which can be purchased
for take-home.
New
franchise owners are given a 4 week
comprehensive training program with three-day
onsite support that includes marketing, grand
opening and other setup. The training and
setup programs are modified as needed -
depending on the experience of the staff.
