Contours Express is a 29 minute ladies fitness and weight loss franchise with over 450 locations worldwide.  Contours Fitness Franchise has been in the news lately after it started a growth spurt thanks to more financing and some innovative management changes. 

This women's gym franchise started in 1998.  They claim to provide clean, comfortable environments where women can work out that are equipped with the latest weight-bearing equipment.  These women's fitness franchises all have smaller sized equipment, but Contours has gone a step farther with it's gear... it's almost luxurious looking when you see pictures of it.

Contours Express solicits the help of exercise physiologists in the design of their program and equipment.  The equipment was designed from the best in co-ed equipment, but sized down for women.  Members report that they get a much better workout with weights.  Some studies would correlate with this opinion.
